MilestonesHQ provides back-office support for trucking companies, including but not limited to:

• Company setup

• Permits and licensing

• Bookkeeping

• Billing and receivables management

• Compliance support

• Subscription packages and one-time services
   

We do not dispatch freight, book loads, or provide legal/tax advice.

 

2. Use of Services

By working with MilestonesHQ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (such as bank statements, receipts, and documents) so we can perform services correctly.

• Keep your contact and business information up to date.

• Use our services only for lawful trucking business purposes.

 

3. Payments & Fees

• Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

• On demand service fees are due upon order of the service.

• Government/state fees are not included in MilestonesHQ service fees unless specifically noted.

• Late or missed payments may pause or stop services until resolved.

 

4. Information & Security

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or as needed to complete a service you request.

 

5. Limitations of Service

MilestonesHQ is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by government agencies (FMCSA, IRS, DMV, etc.).

• Incomplete or incorrect results if you fail to provide the required documents or information.

• Losses caused by events outside our control (system outages, government delays, strikes, etc.).

6. Refunds

Most services are non-refundable once submitted, especially where filings with government agencies are involved. Subscription fees are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time going forward.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

MilestonesHQ provides services “as is.” While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee approval of filings or permits by government agencies. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
